Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

During this time, in an effort to protect some of our high-risk patients, some appointments have been rescheduled to video visits. Depending on your provider’s hospital affiliation, you may use either JeffConnect or MyChart as your telehealth options. Please see the list below to determine which option is best for you:

Use JeffConnect if your provider sees patients at the following locations:  Abington Jefferson Health, Abington Lansdale Jefferson Health, Jefferson Bucks Hospital, Jefferson Frankford Hospital, Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, Magee Rehabilitation Hospital

Use MyChart patient portal if your provider sees patients at the following locations: Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience, Jefferson Methodist Hospital, Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital, Jefferson Stratford Hospital, Jefferson Washington Township Hospital

To schedule a video visit with a Jefferson Center City or New Jersey provider:
Create a Jefferson Health MyChart account to access and start your visit.

The MyChart patient portal allows you to use a mobile or desktop app to speak with your physician through a video connection. In order to use this feature:

Create a MyChart account

  • You must have an active MyChart account to have a video visit.
  • You must activate your MyChart account at least one day in advance of your visit, to minimize the possibility any last minute technical challenges.
