This guide describes how patients can view work notes, receipts, visit records, and any instructions from the provider for their JeffConnect video visit. For example, if a patient wishes to have their JeffConnect visit reimbursed by insurance, they are able to download the receipt as a document to send their insurance.
Steps to access the visit information for a JeffConnect visit
On the computer
Log into JeffConnect at https://www.jeffconnect.org
Select My Visits in the top left.
After the provider signed out of your visit, a View button displays. Click View.
If the provider has not signed the visit yet, you will see a Reconnect button instead of the View button. If you see the Reconnect button, you will need to contact your provider’s office if you need any documentation related to your visit.
Click the View hyperlink next to the documentation you need. The receipt and visit record will always be linked. A work/school note and/or a file of additional information may also be present, based on what the provider decides is appropriate for the visit.
On the app
Log in to the JeffConnect app.
Scroll down and tap on My Visits.
If the provider has not signed the visit yet, the visit will appear under the Scheduled Visits header. If your visit appears in this section, you will need to contact your provider’s office if you need any documentation related to your visit.
Under Past Visits for (Patient Name), tap the visit of interest.
You will be asked to take a survey for the visit, if not already completed.
Under Details, tap the row for the documentation you need.
Some sections are available to download. Tap the box-and-arrow symbol in the top right to do so.
