Providers need to make sure they manage their JeffConnect schedules as they are not linked to the clinical EMR. All JeffConnect visits from previous dates that were cancelled in the provider’s EMR or were not completed need to be cancelled in JeffConnect, even if they appear with a status of In Exam.

Select More and then Cancel Visit.
Using a Computer
Click the arrow next to the view button to view more options.
From the drop-down menu, select Cancel.
