Update Contact Phone Number

Click View Visit Details to see what phone number the provider has listed for you. This is the phone number the provider will use to contact you if there are technical issues with your Telehealth appointment.

Click Change next to the phone number if the number needs to be updated.

Type the correct number in the popup box that appears. Then click Change to save the new number.

Invite a Family Member

Click Manage Participants to see information on the patient and provider for this visit.

Click Invite Participant on the popup box that appears.

Enter the name and email address for the participant you want to invite. Then click Send Invite.

The participant will receive an email with a link to join the video conference.

Upload Photos for Your Visit 

Click Select Photos.

A pop-up will appear to select files from the computer to share with the provider.

Click the contact icon on the bottom of the screen to see what phone number the provider has listed for you. This is the phone number the provider will use to contact you if there are technical issues with your Telehealth appointment.

You can erase the existing phone number and type a new one if necessary. Click OK to save the new number.

Invite a Family Member

Click the Participants icon on the bottom of the screen to view information on the patient and provider for this visit.

Tap the Plus Sign to invite an additional participant to the video conference.

Enter their name and email address. Then tap Send Invite.

The participant will receive an email with a link to join the video conference.

Upload Photos for Your Visit 

Tap the photos icon on the bottom row on the screen.

A pop-up will appear to select files to share with the provider.
