JeffConnect Help for Patients

JeffConnect allows you to use a mobile app or website to conduct your video visit. You must have an active JeffConnect account. To register and use this feature: 

You must activate your account at least one day in advance of your visit, to minimize the possibility of any last minute technical challenges.

Using a Computer

Log into the JeffConnect patient portal about 10 minutes early with your account information. Please note, you must have a working webcam and audio to successfully connect to your provider.


Using an Apple device
