Reconnect to a JeffConnect Visit

You may need to reconnect to a JeffConnect visit if there were technical issues or if you accidentally left the visit. You may also see the option to reconnect to old visits if the provider has not yet signed the encounter. Be sure to only reconnect to a visit for the current date and time as providers are not notified when patients connect to old visits.


On the homepage, you will see an option to reconnect to any open visits above your name.

Be sure to read the red text to ensure the visit date and time are correct, then click Reconnect to rejoin the JeffConnect appointment.

Mobile App

On the home screen of the JeffConnect App, scroll to the upcoming visits section.

If there are multiple open visits, you may need to swipe across the screen to locate the correct visit.

Once the visit is located Click Connect to rejoin an open visit.
