Providers with access to JeffConnect can schedule telehealth visits. It covers if the person only provider access, or if they have both provider and scheduler accesses.
Providers generally get a standard provider account, unless they tell the Telehealth Department that they schedule their own patients and would also like a scheduler account.
Providers with a standard provider account will have a drop-down arrow next to the view button of their visit. Providers with an account with provider and scheduler access, they can log into https://jeffconnect.org/Admin/ScheduleVisits to see the scheduler view.
Account With Standard Provider Access
If you have a JeffConnect account with provider access, you can schedule telehealth visits with patients for yourself.
Log into JeffConnect at https://jeffconnect.org .
In the top-right corner, click Schedule Visit.
Fill out the rest of the scheduling pop-up window with the corresponding information. Please see our JeffConnect Scheduler Guide and/or the JeffConnect modules on MyJeffHub for a summary of the process.
Your name will automatically populate in the provider bar. However, if you click the Search button, you can change providers. Patients scheduled with other providers, however, may not show up on your schedule so you would need a colleague with scheduler access to edit the appointment if there are any mistakes.
Use the Billed coupon code and click Apply. This allows the patient to join the visit without being charged $49 up-front.
From the View drop-down menu, you can access options to edit, cancel, and reschedule the patients assigned to you.
Account With Provider and Scheduler Accesses
If you have a JeffConnect account with provider and scheduler accesses, you can schedule patients in either the provider or scheduler view. However, you can only edit/cancel/reschedule appointments in the scheduler view.
When you log in on jeffconnect.org, you will automatically see the provider view. To get to the scheduler view, click your profile picture in the top right, then click Admin Portal.
From the Visit ID drop-down menu, you can access options to edit, cancel, or reschedule an existing appointment.
To schedule a completely new appointment, click Schedule New Visit and schedule normally. Use the Billed coupon code and click Apply. Please see our JeffConnect Scheduler Guide and/or the JeffConnect modules on MyJeffHub for a summary of the process.
